Karen Sarmento is Nurse Practitioner  who with became an alcoholic and overcame her addiction which lead her on a new career path of becoming a Transformational Life Coaching.  Karen is now coaching and supporting others in similar situations and helping them to break free of the darkness, despair to enter into the light and their brighter days.
