Firstly Discuss it the meeting is necessary.  

Set an agenda - list of items to be discussed. 

Be on time.  

Taking minutes/ notes from the meeting itself and email to all members who were there and who couldn’t make it and send it in a timely manner. 

Stick to the time  limit set for meetings. 

Be respectful , professional and courteous when meeting ends.
