I sat down and talked to my "technically" new buddy, but a kindred soul. Christopher Zucchero is a man who has sucked the marrow out of life. Musician and survivor of River North 1980's- 2000's (not many left standing!) He is also a co-owner of the world's famous, but more importantly Chicago Institution, the church known as  "Mr. Beef" along with his father. We spoke for 4 hours I could talk to this guy for 5 days!
