If you need help paying those ever-rising energy bills, you're not alone.  The Community Action Partnerships of Hennepin County is working through a backlog of assistance applications to help as many residents as they can stay up-to-speed with current costs.  Tammy Stauffer, the organization's Director of Energy Assistance, explains the need and the process.
