Residing in Cincinnati, Jayy began connecting his passion for music and his weakness for entertainment. From playing the beatz and house music at local ballroom events to developing his talents during his residency at the late Legendary Cincinnati Dock Complex, he stands firmly at the intersection of hip hop and house music and is a noted influencer in both. Whether spinning at a backyard BBQ or a nightclub packed with hundreds of fans, Jayy uses his uncanny ability to immediately tune into what people want to hear and create a party atmosphere. Shadowing personality, skill, and an extensive musical knowledge and library, he is clear in his direction, ensuring no speakers are left untapped and no body is left unmoved.
