The Glory of Kingdoms is destroyed in the context of the return of Jesus Christ not only because of its overthrow of the nation of Israel, but also because of her sinfulness in Isaiah 13-14. The &quot;iniquity of the fathers&quot; or &quot;the sins of the parents&quot; are referred to in Isaiah 

, and &quot;the seed of evildoers&quot; in verse 20.  These sins of the parents did affect the lives of their children.   The Lady of Kingdoms in one parallel passage in Isaiah 47 is referred to as being &quot;wicked&quot; in verse 10, as she is trusting in her wickedness. This episode will help a person better understand her sinfulness better.
