Gemma Hallett the Chief Mobiliser and Founder of miFuture talks to Aled Davies of Young Ambassadors Wales. Aled talks about collaboration with Sports Leaders UK, StreetGames Wales, Youth Sport Trust and the WCVA, who are collectively working to provide opportunities for young people to upskill through volunteering. They acknowledge the instant gratification of volunteering, and everyone loves “Stash”. 

Through volunteering Aled is empowering young activists to make change and take control, through trust- ownership and co-creation. We are big fans of volunteering proving opportunity to gain confidence, communication, planning, evaluation, self reflection and time management skills that will lead to employability.
