Marvin Williams Sr. is the father of the retired NBA star Marvin Williams Jr. who retired from basketball in 2020 as a Milwaukee Buck.  Marvin penned the book "Secondary Break: A NBA Dad's Story" which chronicles his remarkable life, from the struggles - picking tobacco fields 16 hours a day at age 11, to growing up in an abusive alcoholic home, to the joys - playing pick-up basketball gamed with Michael Jorden, to the successes - achieving tremendous success as a national girls' basketball coach, and preparing his son for the NBA!  Now Marvin is sharing his formula showing how others can also REACH success.
