Pearl Gluck teaches film and movie production in PA and she founded the Centre Film Festival which is on it's 3rd year.  Anyone can submit films but it does focus on film makers from the PA area.  She's here to talk about this year's festival and where you can see the films (online and in person) along with what you can expect to see.
