It's been a while so I thought I would pop on and catch up with you guys and let you know what's been happening in my life recently

It's been a long time. So much has happened. Keto diet

Podcasting about random stuff, whether it's family type stuff, things in the news, things I've seen or heard. Pretty much anything. There may even be interviews or guests There may be times or there may not be times when the subject is controversial but I will try to keep this to a minimum. I hope to keep this channel light-hearted and at times funny but it is a work in progress and things like format etc may change along the way .
