Where to begin on this episode?!

Drew provides a wealth of knowledge centered around best practices for both the transition out of the military and through a civilian career.

The transition is evergreen, as veterans we are always learning, growing, achieving, adapting, and overcoming all things placed in our path. Drew provides some key points amongst many others in this episode that we wanted to share up front.

You might be thinking there isn't really much difference here or yeah no duh! Its surprising the amount of veterans I've talked through who are currently facing that conundrum, the outcome is a major difference so make sure you are doing your PCCs and PCIs before making life altering decisions!

The second, your civilian career is like a river, not a ladder. What does Drew mean by that? There are many different channels as they flow to the ocean, longer, shorter, rougher, smoother. You can flow through any of them and there is no set path.
