What an awesome episode with Jessica. We covered a lot, from enjoying being a logistician in the Army thinking she was going to do 20+ years, to knowing its time to leave and pursue a company she is genuinely passionate about their mission.

BE A PROFESSIONAL! We get it, work place culture is shifting but if you show up on time looking professional and address people professionally, it's an easy way to set yourself apart.

Hold out and join a company whose mission is one you want to be apart of. Does this mean waiting a little longer, getting a few more rejection letters, yes. Once you land, your passion will shine through your work.

If you are no longer having fun in the army that is still a great reason to leave the army. Fun drives passion, passion drives success, success drive growth!
