Today's post and podcast are purely for posterity and your edification. My usual comprehensive copy was simply too painful to write up in depth. After witnessing the brutal massacre of as many as sixty unarmed Palestinian protestors dampened my spirits to such a debilitating degree, I had little more than the ability to speak left to offer. The act of writing requires a lot of mental energy. When one writes with passion, one has to open one's heart to feel the story of those being written about. And from my perspective, those I spoke of today are suffering beyond my ability to tell their story without damaging my very soul. So, I'm forced to admit evil won this day.
