There comes a point in time when you have to listen to your intuition and understand that it is time to let go. Often times the holding on prevents us from reaching our next best self or opportunities for growth. Especially when it comes to the realm of employment. We unfortunately have the tendency of holding on way too long, despite a negative work environment or other unnecessary issues.
