A very personal story of a young man growing up in Ipswich struggling to find his own identity. Bryant Strong is now a registered nurse caring for others but that’s only part of what he does to support the community. The University of Southern Queensland nursing graduate, who is now studying two more degrees - Master of Nursing and a Bachelor of Midwifery – has dedicated his life to improving the mental health of LGBTIQ+ youth.Published: 18 May 2022.Music: www.purple-planet.comImage: Registered nurse, LGBTIQ+ advocate and University of Southern Queensland graduate Bryant Strong (supplied)USQ: https://www.usq.edu.au/Our House Our Haven: https://ohoh.org.au/IDAHOBIT: https://www.idahobit.org.au/International Nurses Day: https://www.icn.ch/what-we-do/campaigns/international-nurses-day
