Ep. 7 - Estelle Zanga is one of the most positive-thinking people I've met, and this episode was a great reminder about how easy it can be to find beauty in life. I learned that we can start by giving a sense of purpose to everything we do, being grateful for what we have (and for what we don't), and being humble to the fact that we can't control every situation, only our attitude towards it.
