I just finished my fourth week of "The Pause" with KC – a virtual group meditation with some awesome folks – and I'm tingling as I type this. The sense of expansiveness I feel right now … the continued feeling of presence and gratitude I'll radiate throughout the day because of KC's guidance … it's striking to say the least. I don't know how long he'll keep these free, weekly guided meditation sessions going. But I do know two things right now: I've cleared my Thursday mornings for the indefinite future to make them and I'm intensely grateful that KC's strong presence in my life allows me to be a strong presence for everyone else I connect with.

I am thoroughly enjoying The This Epic Life podcasts! I have my iPod fully loaded and have been immersed in KC's groovy world! Great guests and great host.

I was on iTunes downloading some of Ani's music and came upon Kris's interview. What a great treat. Kris's questions and comments were a far cry from the usual 'interview' questions. He was apparently very thoughtful and knowledgable of Ani's work. It was more of a pleasant and informative conversation. I truly enjoyed listening and will save it to listen again. Of course Part 2 was a bonus surprise. Thank you Kris and thank you Ani for further enlightenment.

What a phenomenal, very personal and raw Ani interview! Kris did a fantastic job selecting his questions and delivering the transitions using Ani's tunes. We could listen to Ani talk all day, and when you add Ani songs to go along with her spoken word....it just really rocked! Great job, Kris! Thanks for sharing, the entire manifesto is truly inspiring.

KC has been inspiring to my husband and me since we first met him at a small venue in Akron, Oh. Genuine. Soulful. Unique. CRAZY insanity. I've been eagerly awaiting this manifesto and so far it has not disappointed. He is so real and so open…so human.
