Scott Begin - drummer and founding member of Sublime tribute band Badfish - spends time speaking with fellow musicians and entertainment industry folk to discuss their lives, history in the business, and how the Covid-19 pandemic is affecting them.In episode 4, Scott talks with Brandon Hardesty, lead singer and drummer from Maryland's own Bumpin Uglies. For close to 10 years, Bumpin' have been working hard in the scene to make their mark. With a healthy dose of sarcasm, and an even healthier dose of songwriting talent, these guys have proven themselves to be dedicated, talented artists who have something to offer. Not the least of which is the dreadlocked heads of 1/2 of the band members. Join us as we talk about our favorite contemporary country artists, our favorite mid-90's artists (c'mon, guess....doo doo doo), and all things surrounding being in a band, weathering the corona-storm, and incredibly awesome acoustic guitars.

We also get a brief surprise visit from Hoag's brother Bonesaw during our chat. These two brothers, with Full Service and now with Two Player have been on a musical crusade to push the boundaries of what can be done with the marriage of hard riffing, harmony, and rhythm. Defying classification into any specific musical genre, they have created one of the most interesting bodies of work of any band out there. Sage Francis, independent underground rapper from Rhode Island. Sage has performed around the globe largely as a solo act. Having started with the support of live musicians in the late 90s, he switched focus to his solo career in the early 2000s and has released 6 successful full length albums in that capacity. His current project, "Epic Beard Men" is a two man act with fellow rapper and spoken word figure B. Dolan. Their latest release is 2019's This Was Supposed To Be Fun
