<p>Troy Hackley is the host of Baltimore&apos;s number 1 youth sports show- Urban Sports Beat; seen locally on WUTB My TV Baltimore, and EngageNetwork People(Channel 75).  Troy is also the public address announcer, and the voice of Saint Frances Academy sports.  Additionally, Troy is the former PA announcer for Baltimore City Community College, The Baltimore Hawks, and the DMV Warriors semi-professional basketball teams of the TTBL League.      </p>
