We have the privilege of speaking with Meredith Powers, an ICU nurse that worked directly with COVID patients at one of the epicenter cities in the United States (Chicago, Illinois). We get to hear about her experiences during this time, how we as families and individuals should handle this craziness and gives us some great insight into the some immunity boosts/supplements to take to give our bodies a fighting chance to fight off this virus.
