Her expertise includes group benefits life cycle management, benefits and 401k communication, broker training and development, specialty benefits, spending accounts, ben admin systems, and business and individual market consulting. Advocating for minority communities and coaching Hispanic benefits and insurance professionals is one of her greatest contributions to the industry.
