Join us for an inspiring conversation with Gary Samowitz who shares his experiences growing up in South Africa, his time working with Aboriginal communities and South Sudanese communities among his work with many organisations supporting impact. 

Gary is a leader and facilitator who not only has lived experience of engrained social justice issues, but cares deeply about creating long-term change through mobilising communities of purpose. He currently consults with a range of non-profit orgs in Australia. He was formerly the CEO of Stand Up for 10 years, a Jewish social justice organisation where he played a key role in overseeing the explosive growth of its programs and volunteer community. Stand Up works to empower vulnerable communities in Australia. Gary is actively involved in several non-profit boards, and mentors a number of CEOs. A father to three kids, and a lover of adventure and physical endeavors.
