For years I struggled with journaling because my journal got read, recited back to me, and laughed about, teased, and black mailed about it. Kids will be kids but that's not an excuse, it was mean. I forgive my siblings but this revelation made me do some self reflection and I just released something I've unconsciously held onto. That lighter feeling feels good.
