On this episode, we are joined by Matthew Chan, from EVOS Esports. He is the current Assistant to the CEO of EVOS Esports, and has worked in a myriad of roles in esports including: former player, manager, caster. We talk about his experience in these roles and how this has shaped him to who he is today. 

He offers his perspectives from an organisational standpoint about the demands of being an esports player, what EVOS does to deal with these demands, as well as share what has happened since he joined EVOS.
