In today's show, we began a new series titled: Matters That Matter.
Today we spoke of our Health and how we, all, desire a healthy body and mind. Yet, more often than not, we allow ourselves to place our health and well-being on the back burner. We toss it aside and come back to it when we're ready. But; all, too often, when we do, it's too late.
We do this through the little choices we make. Soon, these little choices create a large change that, more often than not, are not good.
