What&apos;s up folks!  Sorry there was no episode last week, I had a surgery and didn&apos;t plan well around that,  but I&apos;m back! In this weeks episode I share my thoughts around the idea of Sacrifice:   def. &quot;giving up something for something more important.&quot; I believe progressively through generations people lose grit and the willingness to sacrifice in their lives. Some of that is just how life works but that doesn&apos;t mean we should not still try to be better by being aware of our shortcomings and working to improve upon them.
