After moving to New York City and eventually quitting her 9 to 5 job, Sydney's fitness career started to take form.  She is currently a fitness and boxing instructor at multiple gyms (CycleBar & TruFusion) in the St. Louis area as well as the Co-Owner of an online thrift clothing store called MPDG Thrift. Sydney talks about her experiences in New York, her passion for fitness and fashion, and what drives her to continually take leaps of faith in following her heart.
