One of the main principles of healing of the WHOLE person is integrating the whole body, which is discussed under the concept of embodiment. We are so lucky now that we have so many tools to integrate the parts as ONE and connect to the whole body. Most spiritual and mystical practices are indeed helping for this integration and interestingly dance is a part of many of those practices. One of the beautiful ones that I experienced before is the Sama dance.
 Dance is indeed a powerful tool for mind-body-spirit balance and can even be used as a tool to heal dis-eases. It develops movement, flexibility, flow and helps boosting confidence.
In this episode we have Alie Harwood who has a very impressive healing journey from lack of confidence and its physical and mental consequences to the state of balance and harmony using the embodiment tools, more profoundly embodied dance.
