What's up inner wellness seekers? 
Stress management is a very common term we use when we deal with stress! There are certainly some effective tools that help us manage stress and its manifestation in some stressful and chaotic situations and unexpected events. However, it is not all about "management", as the source of stress is not always in the environment. Or there might be a trigger of stress in the environment but its manifestations in our body is intensified more than what is expected from the real trigger. Sometimes there might not be even a real serious trigger outside of our body and mind, while the body is responding the same way as it encounters a real life threatening and emergency danger. 
Remember, the long term and frequent stress response, that sometimes originated from the imaginative trigger, will end up to disease!
