⚡️ When a message keeps finding you, it's usually because some part of you has been waiting for it.

In this episode, I'm talking about how this showed up for me - and what I've come to believe it has to do with disconnection from aliveness. I'm not talking about the huge events, but more about the smaller stuff. The kind of things that arrive gradually, as a series of small decisions made from fear rather than love, so ordinary you don't register them as decisions at all.

I also talk about how I know when I've lost my own thread - three specific signs that fear has quietly taken more of the wheel than I realized - and what it looked like to make a different choice on a regular Monday morning.

The work of coming back to aliveness isn't about confronting fear head-on. It's about rediscovering what's underneath it. Because underneath it, something is still there.
