Men who are hard to reach: An interview with Wayne Fletcher

In this podcast, Sorrel interviews Clarity Coach, Wayne Fletcher. Wayne talks about what lies behind men's challenge to share their emotions and the pain they feel. While men may be very present when they are in action (fire-fighting or combat for instance), they often find themselves caught up in a thought-storm when faced with mundane domestic chores. A lifetime of unwillingness to open up can make men hard to reach emotionally. A sad, and preventable, fact is that suicide is the predominant cause of death in men aged under 50.
