Here is my interview with ultrarunner and thru hiker Tara Dower. Tara owns multiple FKT's and most recently set the the FKT on the Benton Mackaye Trail. She came in second at Cruel Jewel 100 miler and has won the Blood Rock 100. She thru hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2019.
