A lot of people think that they define what their personal brand is, but the truth of the matter is that they don't. Your brand is defined by others and they way they describe you. Think about your favorite brands. Of course they have a vision and a thought of who they think they are, but if the public thinks something completely different, then it doesn't matter what the company thinks. Brand is outward, and it's time to start living what you want your brand to be.
