When I heard this phrase inside of me 5 years ago while feeling so betrayed and hurt, it really upset me. It upset me and then it taught a Life Lesson that I now practice with everything I encounter. We will always experience disappointment and sometimes hurtful experiences, yet learning to "get over it" is a necessary practice in order to live again.
