In light of the ongoing trauma in the media and the black community. Indestructible Souls will address a very important issue of VICARIOUS TRAUMA. By witnessing the many tragedies in the world, especially those facing Black People, we begin to experience trauma vicariously that effect our daily functioning.  Let's Talk about it!
