In this episode, we hear Christine’s extraordinary story. After raising four children and watching them move on to grad school and new careers as young adults, Christine found herself in her newly “empty nest,” pondering “what’s next?” She felt moved to open her heart and her home and become a foster mother. Christine told me that there is always a strong need for others to become foster parents.
