Glen Youngkin takes over on the heels of Ralph Northam’s four-year term that saw him pardon more than any other Governor in Virginia’s history. What will Youngkin's legacy be?
Spencer and Lisa speak with advocate and formerly incarcerated Shawn Weneta. Shawn was one of those Northam pardoned and gives us his perspective on what might happen.
