Give this one some time...Im kinda all over the place a bit but for some reason it felt good to just talk and to see what comes up. At the end of the pod I seemed to find the thoughts I was looking to hopefully find when I set out on this show today. so that's good! I dip into my life as of today, and then I talk about "Think about it's" (no brainers, kinda) I discuss such actions and events and if we really think about what we are doing and can we train ourselves to act better. blah blah blah. I also read a card my sister gave me before I moved to Europe.
