This week I spoke to Rachael Griffin. Racheal is a breast cancer survivor of 11 years, and now a passionate advocate. She works in R and D in the pharmaceutical industry and is trying to invoke change, and give patients a voice from inside the industry.

She also is working as a volunteer with NICE helping review and re-write their breast cancer guidelines. A proud mum to an amazing 6 year old called Elliot and lives with her partner Marc and 13 year old cat Bobby.

What you’ll hear about:

  • Building resilience after grief
  • Being willing to change your plans
  • Developing mental gymnastics
  • Finding those things that spark joy
  • The amazing wonder of your body
  • Know me not my cancer
  • Understanding everyone’s journey and needs are different

Weekly Challenge : Live your words. Don't just speak them.
