Larry is a teaching professor at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a powerful voice on campus for diversity and inclusion, he served over three years as director of the American Indian Center, and was elected to the university faculty council. 
Along the way, he has been honoured with two eagle feathers from North Carolina tribes for support of Native students and communities, inducted into UNC’s oldest honour society, and has a fellowship with the American Council on Education. He is and will continue to be a source of pride for so many people in his tribe and other Natives in North Carolina.
