It would seem at first blush that working from home might be a boon to women - especially women who endure toxic workplace culture. But it turns out the pandemic has done harm to women.Last month, 865,000 women left the workforce. Only 216,000 men did. The trend line is down for all of us, but women are losing jobs at a faster pace. That's because not only are women at home, but their children are, too.
