Getting around city streets and sidewalks when disabled can be a job in and of itself. In a wheelchair is one thing. That's what I have to do. Being blind? A test of wills everyday. Let's go for a roll. Then, we'll meet a blind woman, Dr Sharon McLennon Wier from the group Center for Independence of the Disabled, who is shining a light on those who need help.
