Edward has just celebrated 30 years in the hair industry. It's probably in his genes as his Dad introduced him to the industry when he was 19 years old.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Edward has since moved into the education side and is about to launch a new venture when he opens his 3rd hair dressing school.&nbsp;
