I'm Not Fat... I Have Fat

This podcast is a safe place for those who are experiencing any sort of mental health issues, as I do myself. I am no expert, and certainly don't know about every mental illness. I want to share my experiences from the past, but also the ones moving forward as I get myself help. This will have many serious moments, there will be times and experiences I share that are light-hearted and less serious. 
I get anxious and depressed, and haven’t yet sought serious help. I am dyslexic and have ADHD. I am a graphic designer, currently working in apparel. I also enjoy drawing cartoons.
