I have been working my a** off so why does it feel like I have been doing nothing at all?

As a former caregiver, my entire life was not my own and revolved around the wellness and success of others which I will never regret but in 2020, when it began to burn down…I let it. One way or another, I am coming for everything I ever wanted because I believe everyone owes themselves that. Come with me on this road to self-mastery and discovery in unhinged and liberating ways.
