Today I tried to be one with nature and sit outside as I record. It was cool plus I found a poem and a message in my journal that forever changed my life. I'll share it with you and hopefully it helps.

Journal Entry 001

As a former caregiver, my entire life was not my own and revolved around the wellness and success of others which I will never regret but in 2020, when it began to burn down…I let it. One way or another, I am coming for everything I ever wanted because I believe everyone owes themselves that. Come with me on this road to self-mastery and discovery in unhinged and liberating ways. It’s about to get uncomfortable, embarrassing and remember anytime you choose yourself, someone will be PISSED, so naturally, we will be doing it anyway.
