Chatting with Gillian is always a fascinating and enjoyable experience. She is a true inspiration and a wellspring of industry knowledge. Our initial plan was to focus on the experience of being a woman in the building industry, but our conversation soon expanded into a rich and wide-ranging discussion. We talked about design and architecture, the challenges and rewards of being a working mother, the importance of caring for and nurturing your staff, and the profound impact that design and architecture can have on people's lives.
