Dani Fernandez is my guest for this episode all about having an autoimmune disease/chronic illness. This is a topic that's very near and dear to my heart (and joints and bones and organs and brain) so it was great to be able to talk with someone who I consider one of the most learned people on the topic.

We talk a wide variety of things from the dumb shit we hear from well-meaning friends to how depression might be a side effect of our other issues rather than freestanding. 

We manage to squeeze in a couple laughs, too, because we are professionals.
