Some of the videos and meditations I make become golden eggs on Spotify, finding thousands of listeners and reaching people who genuinely use them.

Then I upload the same work to YouTube and it gets ten views.

Sometimes one.

Sometimes zero.

Oddly, that does not discourage me the way it probably should. I still believe people can find the work when they need it, even if the platform has no idea what to do with it yet.

This episode is about learning from numbers without letting them define the work, improving titles and thumbnails without losing your voice, and trusting that meaningful things sometimes travel slowly.

The algorithm can tell you how something performed.

It cannot always tell you what it meant.
