Hi.
This is a 10 minute 5-4-3-2-1 anxiety grounding meditation made for the moments when your thoughts are moving too fast, your body feels activated, or you need something simple and real to bring you back into the room.
The 5-4-3-2-1 method uses your senses to gently reconnect you with the present moment:
5 things you can see
4 things you can feel
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
The goal is not to force anxiety to disappear. You are giving your nervous system something concrete to pay attention to instead of letting it get pulled deeper into whatever story your mind is trying to write.
Use this guided grounding practice for anxiety, stress, panic, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or those strange moments when you know you are probably safe but your body has not received the memo yet.
You only need to notice what is actually here.
The room around you.
The surface beneath you.
The sounds nearby.
The breath moving through you.
The next small thing.
Music fades in first, then the voice enters calmly and slowly. Best listened to seated, lying down, or anywhere you can safely pause for ten minutes.
